Hot on the heels of AT&T's rollout of a Windows Phone 7.8 update for the Nokia Lumia 900, the big blue carrier has begun pushing out Windows Phone 7.8 updates to a couple of other devices in its lineup. First up is the Samsung Focus 2, which is receiving a pack of four updates that includes one Samsung firmware update. At the end of the process, the Focus 2 will be on OS version 8862. Here's AT&T's official changelog for the 60MB update:

This 60MB software update includes the following enhancements:
Meanwhile, the AT&T-friendly Dell Venue Pro is also said to be receiving its own update to OS version 8862. I've been unable to dig up any documentation on this update so far, but according to WPCentral, this software bump includes two separate updates for DVP owners to install.
We haven't heard much about either the Focus 2 or Venue Pro in a while, but it's good to see AT&T showing some more love to these Windows Phones and the folks that are still rocking them. If you've got a Samsung Focus 2 or Dell Venue Pro, you'll want to keep an eye out for an update notification in the coming days. You'll then want to plug that sucker into your computer and use either the Zune software for the PC or Windows Phone app for the Mac to actually install the update.
