GMail Mobile: Google gets mobile mail right

GMail Mobile: Google gets mobile mail right
Consider this a mini-review and professional "thumbs up" for Google's GMail Mobile.  I've recently begun the process of moving all of my Email over from a custom domain to a couple of Gmail accounts, and as such have started accessing Google's mail system from the handsets I've been reviewing over the past few weeks.  I gotta say that Google's getting it right. First, I used an iPhone to pull down my GMail messages via POP3. ...

Super phone: AT&T N95 ad shows up on Google
A few weeks ago I reported on increased talk about Nokia's N95 - that do it all 5MP Camera, GPS & WiFi uberphone - making its way to AT&T here in the US before too long.  That was just the latest in a chain of related rumors dating back to last summer, but it did seem to have some legs.  Well, chalk another one up for those legs (or for an unfortunate error on AT&T or Google's part). I Googled "Nokia N95" while...

Dude, youre getting a gPhone: Are Dell and Google making mobile together?
CrunchGear picked up on a Marketing Week story pointing towards a possible Google-Dell joint announcement at 3GSM in Barcelona next month.  I blogged last month about a possible Dell smartphone being in the works, and Google has of course announced their Android mobile operating system, so this alleged partnership is worth keeping an eye out for, at the least. Dell could, of course, simply be readying an Android-powered device that's...

Google and Cell phones???

Hmmm it makes me think that once Google gets their hands into cell phones there is going to be no turning back. I really like the way Google does business and seems to really think things through when creating new products and services, but I just hope I won't have to click or listen to an advertisement before I am able to access my email.. [:(]
